We do not collect special categories of data. The ad content shown on the platform comes from public sources (Meta's ad library and DSA transparency data) and does not constitute personal data of our users.
We use the browser's local storage to keep your session (authentication) and preferences (light/dark theme and language). We use Cloudflare to serve and protect the site, which may use strictly necessary security cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies to track you across sites.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies (such as _ga) to tell visitors apart and measure how the site is used. Without consent, these cookies are not created and Google only receives signals without cookies or persistent identifiers. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time.
We use pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers to measure the journey through the site. After authentication, we link the first observed page and source to the account and confirmed payments to evaluate acquisition. We also keep the research source page for 24 hours in the tab and the guide dismissal preference in this browser. We do not send the visit source to Polar.
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EEA, in which case appropriate safeguards are applied (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
We keep account data while the account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations (e.g. invoicing). You can request deletion at any time (see section 6).
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
Passwords are stored hashed and the site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, although no system is 100% secure.
